Aiko Bag: Green Sakura Embroidered in Silk from Vintage Japanese Obi Sash with White Leather Strap

Aiko (愛子) is made from one-of-a-kind secondhand obi sashes that I sourced in Japan, each bag begins a new story. 

No two Aiko Bags are ever the same. Every combination is carefully designed one by one. Leather is a natural material, and the Japanese Obi carries a history of its own, potentially showing slight signs of imperfection. Variations in texture and color are part of its authenticity.

Versatile by design, it can be worn as a crossbody, shoulder bag, or clutch by adjusting or removing the strap. It also features an inner pocket for your everyday essentials.

Each Aiko comes with a kikyō (balloon flower) bag charm. This flower was once part of my family's kamon (Japanese family crest) and is now the symbol of Aira.
