【Returns and Exchanges】

Kmonos are secondhand or vintage, with unique characteristics and variations. We provide detailed product descriptions and images to give you an accurate representation of the kimono's condition and appearance. 
Please note that due to the nature of secondhand items, minor imperfections may exist.
All sales are final sales. No returns are accepted, except in cases where the product received was damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the costs of shipping. The kimono must be in its original condition, unworn, and intact, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

【Damages and issues】

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

 

【Refunds】

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
